On a recent trip out, whilst sat on a bench my son noticed a robin had landed on a fence behind me, luckily I had my camera in my bag and I managed to quickly and quietly get it out and capture this close up shot!
I felt very lucky :)

Terrific shot. Your robin looks a little small and plump. Our here is Georgia is bigger and stays on the ground eating worms.
